OHRA Experts dedicated themselves to serving others to reach their full potential and build a brighter future.  It accomplishes this mission through its range of human services programs available including housing, healthcare,  education, professional development, leadership development, skills building, and has the vocation of serving millions of people across the country and worldwide. The ministry supports and empowers community groups including low-income individuals and families, seniors, veterans, homeless, men and women returning home after incarceration, and those recovering from addictions.

Our organization has the required elements of fitness to meet international standards for quality in conformity with the Standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities International (CARF). Our organization values the input of our clients and is accountable to the community.

Our organization offers a full range of social-economic empowerment services integrated through the application of our unparalleled expertise in individual social-economic change management. We work collaboratively with our nonprofit and government partners to develop solutions that maintain the momentum and incite in clients the personal leadership needed in the path of designing, implementing, and sustaining personal radical improvements.  As a result, OHRA is able to help individuals change the outcome of their personal lives, through making sound personal development decisions, take action, and achieve results.

While we always tailor our solutions to meet each client's needs, our work typically involves personal solution engineering and assisting in the creation of individualized plans of implementation.

Personal development solution engineering:

We work with our clients to quickly assess their goals and challenges by investigating the three critical areas of operating: process, metaphysics dimension of the individual, sociological and psychological values of the individual, and individual developmental path design.  This holistic approach allows us to objectively focus our efforts on the people, processes, and tools that are critical to the initiative's success.  Once we’ve gained a deep understanding of our client’s objectives, priorities, resources, and obstacles, we lead our clients in designing a path solution and reminding the client that he/she has the sole owner of his own life, thus he/she is the only one who has the authority of changing the outcome of the path of his life.

Personal plan of development implementation

Designing effective solutions is only the first step of leading critical personal development plan initiatives.  Even the greatest leaders have no value if they cannot be implemented with a commitment to vision and purpose.  Achieving sustainable personal change from personal development initiatives requires the ability to inspire yourself in the path of adopting new attitudes, synchronizing the four elements constitutive the path of self-cognizance, life processes (sociological and psychological dimension), and the ability to see themselves in the change.  That’s why our experts are committed to the work of helping people change their lives for the better.
