Research has proved that in most cases getting healthy and staying healthy is not only a matter of taking medicine. It also involves an accompaniment of social works.

Orpe Human Rights Advocates is aware of hardship that strikes  low-income individuals, families, and veterans lives. Our mission is providing overall support to the neediest people at our hand.  We expect developing a strong social service programs deemed to alleviate suffering in the lives of those in need so you can prioritize your health and well-being. Our Social Work and Outreach team is here to help you make your health care a priority.

 

Our team of Social Workers are dedicated professionals ready to help you access all of the quality services you are eligible for and entitled to.

What does the Social Work and Outreach Department do?

At Orpe Human Rights Advocates' Social Work Services we expect monitoring a team of heart that understands that love is what we really need in order to make this world a better place to live in. We expect building a social worker team that connects itself with the power of Almighty God services customers by exploring the power of love and compassion. Together with our customer, Social Workers will establish a personalized treatment plan and approach to your health care by providing:

  • Assessments – Finding out what your biggest barriers to care are.

  • Linkages and Referrals – Helping you connect with appropriate services.

  • Care Planning – Developing a personalized health care plan in 14 key areas.

  • Plan Assessments – Making sure your plan is working for you, and adjusting if needed.

  • Client Advocacy – Helping you get through paperwork, talking to other organizations, and being your support team.

  • Monitoring and Outreach – Making sure you are getting the most from your care.

  • Collaboration and Consultation – Working with all of your providers to help ensure you get the best health care possible.

  • Supportive Counseling – Being a shoulder and a resource when you need it.

  • Free Health Insurance Assessments – Helping you find the best options for you.
